Frequently asked

Questions, answered plainly.

The things people ask most before working with us. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly.

How long does a project take?

Most marketing sites take four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller one-page sites can move faster; larger web apps or e-commerce builds take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start — and we'd rather quote honestly than promise a date we can't hit. The biggest variable is usually how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, so we'll keep things moving and tell you exactly what we need from you and when.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped to what you actually need. After our first conversation we'll send a fixed quote — no hourly surprises, no padded change orders. You'll know the full cost before we begin.

What if I need changes later?

You'll never be stuck. Small edits are easy, and we offer optional monthly care plans that cover updates, hosting, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. Prefer to handle changes yourself? We'll build on a setup you can manage and walk you through it. Either way, you're not locked into us to keep your site running.

Do I own the site?

Yes — completely. When we finish, the site, the code, the content, and the domain are yours. No proprietary platform you can't leave, no hostage situations. We build standard, well-documented tools so any competent developer could pick up where we left off. We'd like you to stay because the work is good, not because you're trapped.

What platform and stack do you use?

We choose the right tool for the job rather than forcing every project onto one platform. Marketing sites are usually built on modern, fast frameworks; e-commerce runs on Shopify or a custom headless setup; web apps are built on maintainable, well-supported stacks with proper databases and authentication. Everything we ship is fast, secure, and easy to maintain — and we'll always explain our choices in plain language, not jargon.
